Yeah there are so many unnecessary dialogues and scenes in every one piece episode ever.

Fact of the matter is, they need to stretch out the Episodes a bit because going too fast would result in the Anime rushing up to the Manga too fast and they would have to make an even longer hiatus in order to create some space again, since they won`t go the Story-cracking Road other Series have gone with an absurd amount of Fillers (like Naruto or best example: Bleach).

That would take a lot of time Just look at other anime that takes years before a new season comes up... And not all people would be happy about that. Just think about it like this, the years that you should be waiting for are already being used now to create new eps with those unnecessary things added. The pacing actually sucks alot, I remember binge watching during Impel down arc some episodes were so painful to get through

yeah the pacing I think gets pretty bad around episode 300 around thriller bark is when it starts to really halt and have real filler episodes on top of the flashbacks and crap

I'd way rather they make every second count and have 100% quality episodes with breaks rather than having every second be skippable like it is right now

didn't know there were people who couldn't appreciate art creators just paying homage to their national art and history. it's the very art style that depicted every-day life spanning three eras in japan.. you can even see similarities between those eras and the farce in wano, which makes using the art style that much more significant.
